The trader you contract with is:
In these terms we use "Pautia" or "we" to refer to the provider where it reads more simply.
Pautia is a web application intended for personal and family use to organise treatments and remember doses.
Purchasing grants a licence to use Pautia's paid features for the period corresponding to the plan chosen.
Pautia does not provide medical advice and does not replace healthcare professionals. Before purchasing you should read the Medical Notice.
These terms are intended for consumers and users. Professional or institutional use to manage the health data of patients, residents, clients or workers requires a specific agreement with Pautia and is not authorised by these consumer terms.
Before purchasing you can use Pautia for a free trial period of 15 days, without providing payment details.
The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription if you do not subsequently make a purchase.
As at the date of this version, the following plans are offered:
The amount shown during the purchase process before you press the payment button will be the total amount you have to pay for that transaction, including any taxes and mandatory charges that legally apply. We will not add mandatory costs after payment that were not shown before purchase.
On recurring plans, Stripe shows the subscription frequency before payment and the button reads "Pay and subscribe". On the one-off plan, the button reads "Pay".
If the price applicable to a renewal changes in future, we will tell you beforehand on a durable medium. You will be able to cancel the renewal before the new charge is taken. A price change will never retroactively alter a period already paid for.
On the "Forever" plan, that expression means the licence acquired has no expiry date, does not renew and does not require new periodic payments to keep it. It is not a promise that a company, a technology or an Internet service will exist in perpetuity, without prejudice to the conformity rights and other rights that applicable law grants you.
Pautia is a progressive web application (PWA) that uses the device's browser storage. To use it you need a current browser compatible with the technologies the application requires, with JavaScript and local storage enabled.
A substantial part of Pautia works offline once it has loaded correctly, but certain features need Internet access, including:
Google Drive backup requires a Google account and the corresponding authorisation.
Alerts are added to the device's calendar, so their operation also depends on that calendar and on system notifications.
Family sharing does not offer instant synchronisation: it requires a connection and for devices to refresh the information as described in the Medical Notice.
The contract is deemed concluded when Stripe correctly confirms the payment.
After purchase you will receive two separate emails:
Both emails are genuine and come from different senders.
The Pautia email confirming the first purchase also includes, on a durable medium:
Keep that email. The licence it contains lets you reactivate Pautia if you change device or reinstall the application.
Payment is processed through Stripe. Pautia does not receive or store your full card number. The available payment methods are those Stripe shows at the time of purchase.
The licence is generated after payment is confirmed and is sent automatically by email.
It normally arrives within a few minutes. Email provider filters may place it in promotions or spam folders.
The message includes a mechanism to activate the licence in Pautia. It also contains the licence as text so it can be entered manually from Settings → Subscription → I already have a licence.
The licence may be used on the devices you use for the personal or family use permitted by these terms. Selling, publishing or distributing a licence for use as a standalone product by third parties is not permitted.
If you do not receive the email, you can use the resend feature in Pautia or write to hola@mipautia.com.
If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.
Pautia has decided to keep that right for the full 14 days even if you have already activated or tried the licence. We do not seek to apply a waiver of withdrawal during that period simply because you activated Pautia.
To withdraw, it is enough to tell us your decision unambiguously before the deadline, by writing to hola@mipautia.com.
We recommend writing from the email address used for the purchase so we can find it quickly, but we will not reject a valid withdrawal merely because it is communicated by another means that reasonably identifies the contract.
We will refund the payments received without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days after we receive your communication, using the same payment method used for the transaction unless you expressly agree to another means that costs you nothing.
We will not charge any penalty for withdrawing. Once withdrawal is exercised, the contract is terminated and you must stop using the paid features corresponding to the refunded licence.
Using this model is not compulsory; you may send us any unambiguous statement.
To: FJCG EFICATIO
Calle Alfonso Gurrea, 13, Melilla, Spain
hola@mipautia.comI hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the Pautia service.
Plan purchased:
Purchase date:
Email used for the purchase:
Consumer's name:
Consumer's address:
Date:
Signature: only if submitted on paper.
The 1 year and 3 years plans are recurring. If you do not cancel, Stripe will take the next payment when the purchased period ends, at the frequency shown before purchase.
We will send an advance notice of the upcoming renewal to the email address linked to the subscription when the system notifies us of that renewal.
You can cancel the renewal at any time before the next charge using the management tools Stripe makes available to you, or by writing to hola@mipautia.com.
Cancellation:
The Forever plan does not renew and needs no cancellation.
When a subscription ends we do not delete the treatments stored on your device.
There is a 30-day grace period during which the features remain available.
After that, Pautia moves to a limited mode. You will still be able to:
Creating and editing treatments is disabled while there is no valid licence. The ability to export your data is not conditional on subscribing again.
Pautia may give free licences to certain people or provide licences through pharmacies, associations, entities or other initiatives.
These licences:
We may send a notice shortly before expiry and another when the licence ends.
A free licence that has already been issued and signed is verified locally and cannot be revoked remotely during its validity. When it ends, the limited access regime described above applies.
The delivery of a licence by a pharmacy, association, centre or entity does not make that organisation a healthcare provider of Pautia, nor does it automatically authorise using the application to professionally manage the data of its patients, residents or users.
During the purchased period we will provide the updates needed to keep the service in conformity with the contract as required by consumer law.
Updates and changes needed for security, bug fixing, compatibility or legal compliance may modify aspects of the application.
We may also evolve or modify other features where there is a valid reason, the change involves no additional unaccepted cost, and the rights consumer law grants regarding modifications to digital content or services are respected.
If a significant modification adversely affects access to or use of a digital service such that the law grants the consumer a right of termination or another remedy, those rights remain fully intact.
We will not arbitrarily remove, without prior information, the essential features that define the contracted service.
Pautia is subject to the legal conformity regime applicable to digital content and services.
If Pautia is not in conformity with what was contracted, you may ask for it to be brought into conformity free of charge where applicable. Where bringing it into conformity is impossible, is not done within a reasonable time, or the other legally established circumstances apply, you may exercise the corresponding rights to a price reduction or termination.
For digital services supplied continuously, liability for lack of conformity extends throughout the period during which they must be supplied under the contract.
These legal rights are not limited by any clause of these terms.
You must use Pautia lawfully and in accordance with its personal and family purpose.
You are responsible for checking the information you enter and for properly maintaining your device, your browser, any backups you choose to use and the credentials or phrases needed to recover them.
You must not:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the mandatory rights of consumers and users, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Pautia will not be liable for breaches caused exclusively by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, by errors in information entered by the user, or by failures attributable to third-party services or devices, without prejudice to the liability that legally falls to Pautia for its own obligations.
Liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any other case whose exclusion is prohibited by law is not excluded.
In relation to the specific risks of medication, reminders and coordination between carers, the Medical Notice also applies.
The processing of personal data relating to the purchase is explained in the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is not in itself a contractual clause you must "accept" for us to meet legal obligations; its main function is to inform you. Any consents needed for specific features or processing will be sought separately.
You can send queries, incidents, cancellations, withdrawal requests or complaints to hola@mipautia.com, or use the contact number published in the Legal Notice.
We will try to resolve complaints directly and without unnecessary formalities.
The consumer retains in all cases the right to turn to consumer authorities and to the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms that are competent and available under current law.
Pautia does not refer to the former European online dispute resolution platform, because that platform was abolished in 2025.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory protection rules applicable to the consumer by reason of their residence.
Where the user is a consumer, any clause on jurisdiction is understood without prejudice to the courts competent under the mandatory rules of consumer protection. No waiver of the consumer's legal forum is imposed.
We may amend these terms for future purchases due to legal, technical or commercial changes.
Amendments will not retroactively alter the financial terms of a period already contracted.
Where a modification to an ongoing digital service produces the effects for which the law requires information on a durable medium or grants the consumer rights, we will meet those obligations before applying the change.
