Pautia user guide

Everything you can do with the app, explained step by step and in order. You do not have to read it all: look in the contents for what you need.

Open Pautia

1 · Before you start

Pautia is for organising the treatments you have already been prescribed. You write down what your doctor or your pharmacist has told you, and the app takes care of sorting it out and telling you what is due each day, for you and for the people you look after.

Pautia does not replace your doctor. It does not decide or recommend what to take, at what dose or for how long: a professional says that, and you write it down here. If you have any doubt about a medicine, a dose or a time, ask your doctor or your pharmacist. And in an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Spain and across the EU).

Worth knowing from the start

  • There is no sign-up. No email, no password and no name is asked for. You open the app and that's it.
  • Your treatments stay on your device. There is no Pautia database where they live.
  • It works offline once installed. You only need data to look medicines up or to upload a backup.
  • 15 days free, with no card. After that, from €1.99 a year.

2 · Installing Pautia

Pautia is not on the App Store or Google Play: you install it from the browser itself, in a few seconds and without downloading anything from any store.

It is worth installing, and not for convenience. Your treatments are stored on this device, and if you use Pautia from the browser without installing it, the system can delete them to free up space: on iPhone and in Safari that happens after 7 days without opening it. Once installed, they stay where they are. It also opens full screen and works offline.

On iPhone or iPad

This is where most people get stuck, for one reason: nowhere does it say "install". The option is hidden inside the share menu, and you have to scroll down the list to see it. These are the steps, with the exact button marked on each one.

Before you start, check that you are in Safari. From Chrome, Firefox or the browser built into Instagram, WhatsApp or Gmail, iOS does not allow installing. If you arrived from a link in another app, open Safari and type app.mipautia.com by hand.

Step 1 · Open the menu in the bottom bar

PAUTIA · Today

  1. The ··· button, on the right of the bottom bar.

If your iPhone is on an older version, in that same bar you will see the share icon directly —a square with an arrow pointing up—, in the middle. Tap that and jump to step 3.

No bar at the bottom? Swipe down a little inside the page: Safari hides it when you scroll down and brings it back when you scroll up. On iPad it is at the top right.

Step 2 · Choose "Share"

  1. Share, the first one on the list.

Do not confuse it with "Add Bookmark", which is just below and sounds similar: that only saves the page in your favourites, it does not install anything.

Step 3 · Scroll down to "Add to Home Screen"

  2. Add to Home Screen. This is the option that installs Pautia, and it is almost never visible without dragging the list upwards: it sits below "Add Bookmark to…", "Add to Favourites" and "Find on Page".

Step 4 · Leave "Open as Web App" on and tap "Add"

An icon will be added to your Home Screen so you can quickly access this website.
  1. Add, the blue button at the top right. Before that you can change the name that will sit under the icon: if you organise someone else's medication, "Pautia mum" might suit you. It is only the label, it changes nothing inside the app.
  2. Open as Web App: leave it switched on. That is what makes Pautia open as a real app, full screen and offline. If you switch it off, the icon just opens Safari and you lose exactly what makes installing it worthwhile.

Step 5 · Open it from the new icon

Notes
  1. The Pautia icon, now on your home screen. From now on always open it from here, not from Safari. You will know it is right because it opens full screen, with no address bar at the bottom.

If something does not look like it does here

  • I cannot find "Share" anywhere. Depending on your iOS version it is either directly in the bottom bar (the square with the arrow) or inside the ··· button. Look in both places.
  • "Add to Home Screen" does not appear. Almost always it means you are not in Safari but in the browser built into another app. Open Safari and type the address by hand. And if you are in Safari, try tapping More and dragging the list upwards.
  • You are in a private window. From a private tab, iOS does not offer to install. Leave private mode and try again.
  • It opens with the address bar visible. Then you opened a bookmark, not the app. Look for the Pautia icon on your home screen; and if you switched Open as Web App off when adding it, delete it and add it again with that option on.

On Android

Here it is more direct: Chrome usually offers it by itself, with a prompt at the bottom. If it does not appear, you do it from the menu.

3 · The Today screen

This is the screen you will see nearly all the time. It gathers all of the day's doses —from every treatment and every person— and lays them out by time of day.

  2. A dose already marked. The box turns green and the name is struck through.
  3. A dose still due. Tap it to mark it.
  4. Whose it is and which treatment it belongs to. When you organise medication for several people, each one has their own colour throughout the app.
  5. The three tabs. Today, Treatments and Settings.

The times of day are Morning, Midday, Afternoon, Evening and Bedtime. If you prefer an exact time, you can set that too, and that dose appears with its own time instead of inside a slot.

Logging something that was not in any treatment

At the end of the day there is a + Log a dose. It is for what you take with nothing planned: paracetamol because your head hurts today, or syrup for a child at three in the morning who was not ill before.

It asks for the name and little else; the time comes filled in with the current one and you can change it. It is saved with its time and creates no future doses: it is not a treatment. Next time you open that screen it tells you when the last one was, so you do not have to remember.

Pautia saves the time and tells you how long ago it was. It does not decide whether you can take another one or how long to wait: ask your doctor or your pharmacist about that.

4 · Adding a treatment

This is the first thing you will do. It is done with a four-step wizard and a final screen to review. You can leave halfway: what you had written is saved as a draft.

To start, tap the round + button on the Today screen, or go to TreatmentsNew treatment.

Step 1 · What are you going to take?

New treatment
Who is it for?Me
Search for the medicineamoxicillin…
Scan the barcode on the box
Name of the medicineAmoxicillin 500 mg
Form (optional)Tablets
Continue
  1. Who is it for? Write "Me" or the person's name. The first time you type it; after that it is offered to you.
  2. Search for the medicine. Type the name and tap Search: CIMA, the public database of the Spanish medicines agency (AEMPS), is queried, and choosing one fills in the name and the dose for you.
  3. Scan the barcode on the box. Opens the camera to read the barcode on the packaging. Not available on iPhone, because Safari does not include that reader; there you search or type it by hand.
  4. Name and form. You can always type them yourself, without searching for anything. The form is optional: tablets, syrup, drops…

Searching CIMA is optional. It is there so you do not get a long name wrong, and so it is clear which form it is. Only the text you type is sent: never your treatments and never whose they are.

Step 2 · For how long?

For how long?
When does it start?Today, 10 August
Yes, it has an end I know how many days it lasts or until when
It has no end date A long-term or maintenance treatment
I do not know yet I will leave it open and adjust it later
By daysBy date
How many days?7
  1. When it starts. Today, by default. You can set another date if the treatment starts later on.
  2. Whether it has an end or not. An antibiotic has an end; a blood-pressure tablet usually does not. And if you do not know, there is an option for that: you leave it open and adjust it later.
  3. By days or by date. Whichever feels more natural: "seven days" or "until the 17th".

Step 3 · Add the doses

This is where you say when and how much. It is explained in detail in the next section, because it is the part with the most options.

Step 4 · Always the same, or does it change?

The app asks whether you will always take that same amount at the same times. Nearly always the answer is yes. If the treatment changes partway through —for example a schedule that tapers down— this is where you add the stages, and you have it in Schedules that change.

Review and save

The last screen summarises everything you have entered: the medicine, the length and each dose. From there you can correct anything, or tap + Add another medicine if the same treatment involves several —for example an antibiotic and a stomach protector. When it looks right, tap Save treatment.

Give it a short name

If you looked it up in CIMA, the name that sticks is the real one: FLUOXETINA CINFA 20 mg CÁPSULAS DURAS EFG. Correct, but on a screen with six doses nobody can read it.

The Short name field is for writing "the blood pressure one" or "the cough syrup". That is what you see on the Today screen, with the real name underneath in small print. The real name is never lost: it is the one shared with your doctor, the one on the printed sheet and the one that gets exported.

The official leaflet, one tap away

When a medicine was added by looking it up in CIMA, the Treatments list shows a link to the official AEMPS leaflet for that exact medicine. That is where you find what Pautia will not tell you: interactions, side effects, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Pautia does not summarise or interpret anything in that document: it takes you to the official one and steps aside. And nothing is requested from the AEMPS until you tap the link, so using the app tells nobody what you take.

Add my first treatment

5 · Doses: times and amounts

Add the doses
Times of day
MorningMidday AfternoonEvening Bedtime
+ Add a specific time
or spread every few hours
How much is taken each time?1  ·  tablet
Do you want a reminder?15 minutes before
  1. Times of day. The most usual way: tick morning, afternoon and evening and that's it. No need to think about exact times.
  2. A specific time. For what really does depend on the clock. That dose will appear with its time on the Today screen.
  3. Spread every few hours. If you have been told "every 8 hours", you set the first dose and how many hours apart, and Pautia proposes the times. Then you tap Use these times.
  4. How much is taken each time? One tablet, half a tablet, two drops, five millilitres… You set it once and it appears on every dose.
  5. The reminder. At the time of the dose, or 15, 30 or 60 minutes before. See Reminders in your calendar.

If one dose is different from the rest

This is very common: one in the morning and half at night. Tap that particular dose in the Doses in this schedule list and change the amount for that one only. You can also give it a different reminder, or take its reminder away.

Medication taken "only if needed"

For what has no fixed time —a painkiller, something for a temperature. Tick Only if needed: it appears on the Today screen in its own block at the end of the day, and it does not count as a dose you forgot. Not taking it on a day when nothing hurts is exactly what should happen.

When you tick it, the time is saved, not just the day: you will then see "12:15 (3 hours ago)". With a painkiller, what you need to know afterwards is not that you took it today, but when.

If it is not every day

In that same step you can choose Every day, Only some days of the week —and tick which— or Every so many days, for example one day in three.

Pautia does not work out the schedule. If you have been told "every 8 hours", the app helps you lay those hours out, but it does not decide or suggest how often anything should be taken. Enter exactly what you have been told.

6 · Schedules that change

Some treatments are not the same every day: one amount or frequency for a few days, and from a certain point a different one. This is what gets most tangled when you carry it in your head or on a piece of paper, and it is what Pautia handles best: you set it once and on the day it is due to change, it changes by itself.

When creating the treatment

In step 4, choose No, it changes during the treatment and tap + Add a stage. Each stage has its own start day and its own doses, with their amounts.

If the change comes later

The usual case: you are a few days into the treatment and at the appointment it gets changed. Go to Treatments, find the treatment and tap Change the schedule.

  2. From when. From today, from tomorrow, or from the date you say. What came before is not touched: the days already past keep the schedule they had, so your history stays true.
  3. How it looks from then on. You enter the new doses and amounts, and tap Apply the change.

Set up a schedule that changes

7 · Marking doses and earlier days

On the Today screen, tap a dose to mark it as done. Tap it again if you got it wrong.

Each dose has three states, and the difference matters:

  • Taken — the box green and the name struck through.
  • Missed — you marked it as not taken.
  • Not reviewed — neither one nor the other.

When you go back to an earlier day with the arrow and there were doses left unmarked, Pautia asks whether you took them or forgot them. They are not the same thing, and that is why it does not assume: "unmarked" usually just means you did not open the app that day.

8 · Edit, archive and delete

In Treatments, each card has five actions:

  • Edit — goes back into the wizard with everything you entered, so you can correct anything.
  • Change the schedule — for when the treatment changes from a given day. See Schedules that change.
  • Share — generates a link to show it to someone else. See Showing it to your doctor.
  • Archive — takes it out of sight without deleting anything. This is what to do when a treatment finishes: it stops appearing in Today but you keep what happened. You can Restore it whenever you like.
  • Delete — genuinely deletes it, along with what you recorded about it. This cannot be undone.

When in doubt, archive. It takes up the same space, it is not in the way on any screen, and if the same treatment comes back tomorrow you do not have to type it all in again.

9 · Several people

Every treatment records whose it is. You just put the name in Who is it for? when you create it. From then on:

  • Each person has their own colour throughout the app.
  • On the Today screen, each dose says whose it is.
  • In Treatments you can filter by person with a tap.
  • The weekly chart can also be produced for a single person.

  2. The coloured tag with the name, and next to it how long the treatment lasts.
  3. The actions on each treatment. They are explained in the next section.

The filter is deliberately not remembered. Every time you come in you see all the treatments, so that none of them slips past you because you left a filter on three days ago.

Add the people

10 · Family sharing

This is for the case everyone knows: you give the child the syrup at three in the morning, and whoever is asleep needs to know when they wake up so they do not give it again. With family sharing, what you note down on your phone turns up on theirs, and the other way round.

First: create the people

Sharing works per person, so they have to exist first. They live in Settings → People, and that is also where you pick each one's colour. If you already have treatments, their people are created on their own the first time.

Create the channel and invite

  1. Settings → Family sharing. Give it a name — "Home", "Grandparents" — so you can tell it apart later.
  2. Tick whose is shared. This is the important part: what you do not tick never leaves your device. You can have your child's shared with your partner and your mother's with your sister, without the two crossing.
  3. Give your consent. You have to tick a box; pressing a button is not enough. This is health data and it is about to leave the phone.
  4. Show the code. A QR code and a link appear. The other person scans it with their camera or opens the link on their phone.

The invitation is the key. Whoever holds that code can read and write in that channel. Do not post it in a large WhatsApp group or leave it in a photo: show it on screen, or send it to that person and nobody else.

What happens next

  • The two phones check on each other every few minutes while the app is open. There is nothing to do.
  • If you both tick the same dose, nothing breaks: the most recent one wins and what the other person noted is never lost.
  • Photos of medicines never leave. They stay on each device.
  • If you delete a shared treatment it goes from the other phone too. If you delete one you do not share, nobody else finds out.

Where what you share lives, and for how long

In a mailbox of ours hosted in the European Union, encrypted, for 30 days at most. We cannot open it: the key travels inside the invitation code, from one phone to the other, and never passes through our server. Press Stop sharing and the package is deleted there and then.

If what you are sharing is another adult's medication — your mother, your partner — tell them. It is their data, not yours.

It is set out in full in point 3.12 of the privacy policy.

Open Pautia and share

11 · Sending the day's summary

For when the other person does not use Pautia: the brother who asks once a month, the neighbour sitting in this afternoon, or the doctor. Setting up a channel for that is out of proportion.

On the Today screen, once something has been given, a button appears to send the summary. It writes a message with what has been given, at what time and what is left, and hands it to the system so you pick where to send it: WhatsApp, a text, an email. If you look after more than one person, you choose whose summary it is before sending it.

  • Pautia sends nothing on its own. You choose the recipient and you see the whole message before it goes.
  • It does not say how long until the next one or whether the dose can be repeated. It says what has been noted down; with that, whoever receives it decides.
  • "Only if needed" doses that have not been given do not show up as pending: not taking a painkiller on a day nothing hurts is exactly what is supposed to happen.

12 · Showing it to your doctor

In Treatments, tap Share on the treatment you want. A link is generated that you can send however you like: it opens in any browser and there is nothing to install.

  • It shares only that treatment. It does not include your history or your other treatments.
  • The information travels inside the link itself, it does not pass through any server of ours.
  • It works just as well for a relative, or for whoever is caring over a weekend.

Whoever has the link can see that treatment, so only send it to someone you want to see it, just as you would with a photo of a medical report.

13 · The weekly chart to print

A weekly sheet with everything that is due each day, to print and keep to hand: on the fridge, in your bag, or to give to whoever takes over the caring.

Go to SettingsWeekly chartOpen the chart as a PDF.

  4. Download or print. Your browser's print dialogue opens; choose Save as PDF if you want it as a file.

The sheet comes out landscape, on a single page, with the logo, a QR code pointing to mipautia.com and the date it was produced. That date matters: if the schedule changes and you print another sheet, you have to be able to tell at a glance which one is the right one.

Print my weekly chart

14 · Reminders in your calendar

Read this before trusting it with anything important. Pautia cannot alert you by itself with the app closed. What it does is pass the reminders to your phone's calendar, and it is the phone itself that rings, as with any other appointment. The reminders depend on that calendar and can fail: do not use them as the only safeguard for something critical.

  1. Set a reminder when creating or editing the treatment. In the doses step, under Do you want a reminder?: at the time of the dose, or 15, 30 or 60 minutes before. You can give one particular dose a different reminder, or leave it with none.
  2. Go to SettingsDose reminders. There you see how many treatments have reminders and how many calendar entries are going to be created.
  3. Choose whether you want the medicine names in the entries. If your calendar syncs with other services or somebody shares it, you may prefer the entry to say only "Pautia".
  4. Tap Send the reminders to the calendar and accept when your phone asks whether you want to add the events.

When you change a treatment, the calendar entries go out of date: Pautia tells you so, and you just send them again.

Set up the reminders

15 · Simple mode, text and colours

All of this lives in SettingsAppearance and language.

Simple mode

It is one switch, and it does three things at once: it enlarges the whole app, leaves fewer things on screen, and turns adding a treatment into one question at a time instead of a long form. Switch it off whenever you like; nothing you entered with it on is lost.

It is deliberately not called "senior mode". Some people prefer it at no particular age, and some are eighty and would rather nobody reminded them of it every time they open the app.

Text size

  • Normal, large and very large. It enlarges the whole app, buttons included, not just the lettering.
  • You are asked in the welcome, before anything else: whoever needs large text needs it on the very first screen, not after hunting for it in Settings.
  • It does not apply when printing, because if it did the weekly chart would not fit on a sheet. That is what the chart's own large print setting is for: it comes out on two sheets.

Theme and colours

  • Light, dark, or whatever your device is set to. Pautia gets opened a lot at night, for the dose before bed.
  • Each person's colour is chosen in SettingsPeople. If you pick none, Pautia hands out twelve colours so that no two people ever clash.
  • Language: Spanish, English, or your device's.

16 · Recognising the box

A medicine's name does not always tell you which one it is. "Ibuprofen (arginine) Kern Pharma 400 mg granules for oral solution" and the box in your hand look nothing alike. Pautia lets you mark each medicine in two ways, and both show up on the Today screen, next to the name.

Shape and colour

Thirteen shapes — round, scored, oblong, capsule, sachet, syrup, drops, cream, patch, suppository, injection, inhaler, spray — and twelve colours. You pick when creating the medicine or by editing it later. It is a drawing, not a photo of the real medicine: it is there to tell things apart, not to identify them.

A photo of the box

If you would rather have the real box, you can photograph it. It is kept on your device, shrunk and compressed, and never uploaded anywhere: not to our server, not to the family sharing mailbox, not to your Drive backup. If you change phones, the photos do not travel.

  • There is room for ten photos. That limit is deliberate: browser storage is not infinite and running out would break things that matter more than a photo.
  • Tap the photo on the Today screen to see it large.
  • They are deleted one at a time from the medicine, and all at once when you wipe the device's data.

And the name, without typing it

When adding a medicine you can look it up in CIMA, the public database of the Spanish medicines agency, and it fills in the name and the dose. Or scan the barcode on the box, if your browser allows it: Safari on iPhone has no such feature, so there you search or type. Only the text you type is sent when searching: never your treatments or whose they are.

17 · Backups

Your treatments live on your device. That is what means nobody else has them, and it is also what makes having a backup important: if you lose your phone, without a backup they are gone.

They are in SettingsBackups, and there are two ways.

Export my data (the simple one)

Export my data downloads a file with everything. It is not encrypted, so keep it where you would keep a private document. To put it back, Restore from a backup.

Encrypted backup (the recommended one)

  1. Tap Turn on the encrypted backup.
  2. Write down the recovery phrase. It is 12 words. They appear once only.
  3. Confirm that you have saved it and you can then use Download encrypted backup.

That phrase is the only thing that opens your backup away from this device. We do not store it anywhere, so we cannot show it to you again or recover it for you: nobody can. Write it down on paper and keep it away from your phone.

If you have lost it, all is not lost: from this same device you can tap Generate a new phrase. The old one stops working, and the backups you made with it will still only open with the old one.

Seeing what is stored

Each treatment in Treatments has a View data button. It shows, plainly, everything the app stores about it: every field, where it came from —written by you, from CIMA, from the scanned code— and where it lives.

It is there so the promise can be checked rather than believed. And it stays available even if your subscription expires: it is your data.

18 · Getting it onto another device

There are two routes and they do different jobs. The first is for "I want this on my laptop too" and takes a minute. The second is for "I want it backed up on its own and both devices kept up to date".

The short route: a code, no accounts

In SettingsBackupsMove to another device you get a QR code. Point the other phone's camera at it and that is that. If the other device has no camera, or it is a computer, use Copy the link and send it to yourself.

The data travels inside the code itself, straight from one device to the other. It never touches a server: not ours, not Google's, not anyone's.

You can repeat it as often as you like, in either direction: whatever arrives is merged with what is already there, and where both have the same thing, the most recent one stays. Nothing is deleted.

That code and that link carry your medication in plain text: anyone who has them can read it. Do not post them or leave them in a group chat. Your subscription does not travel there; on the other device you activate it with your email.

On an iPhone, Pautia cannot read codes from inside the app, but the system camera can: point it and it will offer to open the link. And if you have Pautia installed on your home screen, it is better to paste the link into the box on that same screen, because what the camera opens, opens in Safari — and for the iPhone that is a different place.

The long route: a backup in your cloud

If you also want the backup to save itself and the devices to keep each other up to date, you can connect your own Google Drive. It uploads a single encrypted file that Google cannot read.

  1. Turn on the encrypted backup first (previous section).
  2. Press Connect with Google Drive in SettingsBackups and choose your account.
  3. Use Save backup now whenever you want to upload, and Sync now to bring this device up to date.
  4. On the other device, connect the same account and press Restore from Drive once, with your recovery phrase. After that it runs on its own.

The file is encrypted on your device before it goes up, so what reaches Google is something it cannot read. Nor can we: it never passes through a Pautia server. To open it elsewhere you need your recovery phrase.

You can disconnect whenever you like with Disconnect from Drive.

On iPhone and iPad, with Pautia installed on the home screen, this does not work. The window where you grant permission cannot bring you back to the app, and no setting fixes it: that is iOS, not you. There, use the code above to move your data, and Download encrypted backup to keep a copy.

19 · PIN, fingerprint and Face ID

If you share your phone, or you simply prefer it not to open just like that, you can put a lock on it in SettingsSecurity.

  • Turn on a PIN — six digits. After that you can Change the PIN or Turn the PIN off.
  • Use fingerprint or Face ID — if your device supports it, so you do not have to type the PIN every time.

The lock lives on the device itself. We do not have it and it is not sent anywhere. And you do not need a PIN to use the encrypted backup or Google Drive: they are separate things.

20 · How you have been getting on

In SettingsAdherence there is a summary of the doses you have marked over recent days. It is a figure, not a grade: no guilt percentages and no telling off. It is mostly there so you can show it to your doctor if it is relevant.

It only counts what you have marked. If you did not open the app on a given day, those doses stay "not reviewed" and do not count as missed.

21 · Counting opens

Once a day, if you are online, Pautia tells its server that it was opened. It is how we know how many people use it and whether it keeps being useful to them, which is the only thing that tells us whether it is worth carrying on improving it.

What is sent is this and nothing else: how long you have been using Pautia —as a range, not the exact date—, the version, the language, and whether you have it installed on your home screen.

No identifier is sent, so we cannot tell your device from anyone else's, or know whether two opens come from the same place. And nothing about your treatments leaves your device: not medicines, doses, people or times.

You can turn it off in SettingsCounting opens. The app works exactly the same either way.

The only thing stored on your device for this is a date: that of the last notice, so no more than one is sent per day.

22 · Subscription and licence

The first 15 days are free, with no card and no account. After that, in SettingsSubscription you can choose a plan: €1.99 a year, €4.99 for three years or €49.99 for life, a single payment.

How it is activated

  1. Choose the plan and complete the payment.
  2. An email arrives with your licence. Open it on the phone where you use the app and tap the link: it activates itself.
  3. If the link does not work, go to SettingsSubscriptionI already have a licence and paste the text that came in the email.

Keep that email: it is what lets you activate the licence on another device. If you lose it, tap I have lost my licence email and we will resend it to the address you bought with.

If it expires

This is a commitment written into the terms, not a courtesy:

  • Your data is not deleted, hidden or locked. Ever.
  • You have 30 days of grace in which everything keeps working as before.
  • After that, the app becomes read-only: you can still look at your treatments, mark today's doses, produce the weekly chart and export all of your information. The only thing that is switched off is creating and editing treatments.

Renewals are announced by email before they are charged, and you can cancel whenever you like with no penalty, from the management link Stripe sends you or by writing to us.

23 · Common questions

I have changed phone. How do I take my treatments with me?

With a backup. If you had Google Drive connected, install Pautia on the new phone, connect the same account and tap Restore from Drive. If you had a downloaded backup, use Restore from a backup. If you had neither and you no longer have the old phone, there is no way of recovering them: there is no copy on our servers, because your treatments have never been there.

Why does the alarm not ring if the app is closed?

Because Pautia does not give reminders by itself: it passes them to your phone's calendar, and it is the phone that rings. Check in SettingsDose reminders that you have tapped Send the reminders to the calendar, and that the entries are in your calendar with their alarm.

I have lost the recovery phrase.

It cannot be shown again: we do not store it anywhere. But from the device where you have the app you can create another one in SettingsBackupsGenerate a new phrase. Write it down on paper this time. Old backups will still only open with the old phrase.

Can I use it on my phone and my computer at the same time?

Yes, by connecting both to your Google Drive. See Getting it onto another device.

The barcode scanner does not appear.

On iPhone and iPad it is not available, because Safari does not include that reader. You can search for the medicine by name or type it by hand; the result is the same.

How do I delete everything and start from scratch?

In SettingsDelete my data. It deletes everything on this device and cannot be undone, so export a backup first if you have the slightest doubt.

I have found a bug, or I have an idea for an improvement.

In SettingsBugs and suggestions you have Report a bug and Suggest an improvement. You can also write to hola@mipautia.com.
